Emergency Numbers

000 (Triple Zero)	Police: Where there is physical danger and/or a threat of violence. Ambulance: Where there is a medical emergency. (have your address and other relevant information ready!)
112	GSM International Emergency for mobile phones. Works even if you are out of credit!
106 TXT	If you are deaf or have a speech or hearing impairment you can call 106 using a textphone(TTY) or a computer with modem access.

Mental Health Emergency Response Line

If you are unsure, it's after hours or you need advice on what to do call the Mental Health Emergency response line.

During business hours (8.30am – 4.15pm) calls will be referred to the local area mental health service. Outside business hours Calls will be referred to local Community Emergency Response Teams.

You can also visit your nearest public hospital Emergency Dept.
